Anyone who has been around on my page for awhile knows that my vehicle is over 10 years old. I absolutely love my Traverse and one of the reasons it has been able to run for as long as it has is because I keep up with the routine maintenance. There are SO many perks and amenities at Caliber Auto Care, but the kids play area takes the cake for us busy parents! There are so many times I know my vehicle needs an oil change or a tire rotation, but I know Calihan will not sit still for that long. This play area kept him busy the entire service and not once did he ask if it was time to go (If anything he didn’t want to leave).
I grabbed the complimentary Starbucks coffee they offer and watched him play.
There are additional amenities available as well as you wait for your vehicle to be serviced! I certainly enjoyed the complimentary WIFI so I could get some work done. They have a comfortable waiting area with multiple outlets for charging devices, shuttle service, curbside service, drive-thru oil change, and drop off and they are pet friendly!!

I felt well taken care of and educated on what my Traverse needs to keep going for another 90,000 miles (that is the hope) Calihan had so much fun playing in the play area, and that helped me focus on the items that needed some attention on my vehicle when relaying the message to the Technician.
